DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The MOT Portal provides: - Year-round compliance monitoring for MOT stations - Document upload and storage capabilities - Access to various training courses and materials - Compliance tracking and reporting tools - Support for DVSA regulatory requirements 4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING We offer three subscription tiers: - Portal Only: £19.99/month + £2.99 per tester - Compliance: £39.99/month + £2.99 per tester - Full Compliance: £85/month Multi-site discount of 15% available for qualifying accounts. 5. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION 5.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration 5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials 5.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account 5.4 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Portal 6. ACCEPTABLE USE 6.1 You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms 6.2 You will not: - Upload malicious software or harmful content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or other users' accounts - Use the Portal for any illegal activities - Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties - Interfere with the Portal's operation or security 7. TERMINATION 14.1 Either party may terminate the subscription at any time 14.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms 14.3 Upon termination, your access to the Portal will cease, but these Terms will remain in effect 15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Portal. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. 16. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 17.
